With which payment methods can I pay?
Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express and Apple Pay payment methods are available.
How do I request an invoice?
It couldn't be easier. Send us a message via the contact form or an e-mail to "email@example.com" and we will send you your invoice by e-mail.
What is the shipping cost?
Delivery is free in Belgium for orders over 75€. Otherwise, we will charge you 5.95€ (the bpost price) if you live in Belgium. As for a country bordering Belgium (France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, or Germany), the delivery price is 11.50€. Outside these countries, the price is 17.50€.
How long does it take before I get my order?
The normal delivery time is about 3 and 4 weeks. This delay is due to the fact that we are part of the Pioneers of Change movement, with the purpose of reducing our carbon footprint. The estimated delivery time may vary more or less from one period of the year to another, particularly during this period of COVID-19. Returns and Exchanges
My item is too small/large, is it possible to make an exchange?
We have a 30-day exchange and refund policy. However, the cost of the return is at your expense. As soon as we receive your package back, we inspect it and check that it did not suffer any damage. In case the item is still in a good condition, we offer you two options: either an exchange or a full refund. We invite you to take a look at our Return Policy, at the bottom of the page, to read all our conditions.
What process do I have to follow to return my item?
First, your item must be returned within 30 days after you received your order. Then you have to: 1. Send a message using the contact form in the "Contact" section. 2. Wash the garment in case you worn it and/or soiled it. 3. Return it in its original packaging. 4. Send it back at your expense to the address : Avenue Jean de Luxembourg, 19 1330 Rixensart Belgium Once received at our office, we will inspect the quality of the item and offer you an exchange or refund according to your preference.
In which stores can I find Belgity ?
Belgity is an online concept and we sell our clothes only through our online store and social networks. However, if you are a retailer interested in our items, please do not hesitate to send us a message via our contact form.
How do I know what size I should order?
Our "regular" and unisex cuts. For men, we advise you to take your usual size, while for women, we recommend you to take one size below the usual one. Do not hesitate to check out our size guide, which you can find in the product description.
